A contract Full Stack .NET Developer builds and supports modern, cloud-based applications and digital platforms for an insurance company, working across .NET/C# and React on Microsoft Azure (App Services, Functions, Azure SQL, Service Bus) with CI/CD via Azure DevOps. Initial 3-month engagement based in London.
A growing insurance company is seeking an experienced Full Stack .NET Developer to support the delivery of modern, cloud-based applications and digital platforms.
- Strong experience with .NET / C#
- Commercial experience developing front-end applications using React
- Experience with Microsoft Azure and cloud-native development
- Knowledge of Azure services including App Services, Functions, Azure SQL, Service Bus, Key Vault and API Management
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipeline implementation
- Experience building and consuming REST APIs
- Understanding of Agile development practices, SOLID principles and automated testing
- Experience using Claude AI or similar AI development tools to improve delivery and productivity
- Previous experience within the Insurance sector
- Experience with microservices and event-driven architectures
- Terraform or Infrastructure as Code experience
- Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes
- Experience integrating Generative AI solutions into enterprise applications
Contract Length: Initial 3 months with extension potential
