Summary
A full-stack developer building and maintaining REST APIs with .NET Core 8+ (C#) and React front-ends, backed by SQL Server. Day to day involves feature development, bug fixes, SQL query work, deployments, and code reviews within an Agile/Scrum team using Azure DevOps.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop new features and enhancements based on approved requirements and User Stories.
- Perform bug fixes, troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
- Build and maintain REST APIs using .NET Core 8 or above.
- Develop and maintain React front-end components.
- Write efficient SQL queries and assist with database design and optimisation.
- Participate in Daily Stand-Ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews and Sprint Retrospectives.
- Deploy completed work to the Development environment and support release promotion through Test and Production.
- Participate in Pull Request reviews and address review feedback.
- Maintain code quality, documentation and testing standards.

Experience & Qualifications:
- Relevant Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering or similar.
- 3 to 5 years professional software development experience.
- Experience working in Agile software development environments.
- Experience using Azure DevOps for work management and source control.
- Experience developing enterprise web applications.
Performance Expectations:
- Contribute towards sprint capacity targets of approximately 30 story points per sprint.
- Deliver assigned sprint commitments within agreed timelines.
- Produce high-quality code requiring minimal rework.
- Minimise defects identified during testing and production.
