As a Full Stack - .NET - Director, you will lead the charge in developing innovative software solutions that drive digital transformation and enhance business performance. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will combine technical skills with creative thinking to design, code, and test applications that revolutionize industries and deliver exceptional user experiences. As a Director, you will set the strategic direction and lead business development efforts, making impactful decisions and overseeing multiple projects while maintaining executive-level client relations. Your role is crucial in driving business growth, shaping client engagements, and mentoring the next generation of leaders. You are expected to be a guardian of PwC's reputation, understanding that quality, integrity, inclusion, and a commercial mindset are foundational to our success.

Responsibilities

- Leading the development and implementation of innovative software solutions to drive digital transformation
- Overseeing multiple software engineering projects to enhance business performance and client satisfaction
- Utilizing technical skills in C#.NET, Java, and Python to design, code, and test applications that deliver exceptional user experiences
- Driving business growth by identifying market gaps and converting opportunities into successful software products
- Promoting technological advances and fostering an environment where people and technology thrive together
- Mentoring and guiding the next generation of leaders in software engineering and product innovation
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop new ideas, solutions, and structures that align with strategic goals
- Managing client relationships and confirming the delivery of quality software solutions that meet client needs
- Implementing continuous integration and delivery practices to streamline software development processes
- Encouraging creativity and problem-solving by exploring multiple angles and innovative approaches

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 18 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

-C# and .NET Core / .NET 6+,ASP.NET Core Web API / MVC, RESTful API design and development,Docker

-SQL (MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MySQL), CI/CD pipeline familiarity (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions),Unit testing: xUnit/NUnit, NuGet package management

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Artificial Intelligence, Business Analytics, Computer and Data Engineering, Computer Science, Human Computer Interaction, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems/Technology, Machine Learning, Management Information Systems, Software Engineering
