As a Full Stack - .NET - Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving software and product innovation within our Technology Consulting practice. You will focus on developing innovative software solutions that enhance business performance and drive digital transformation. Your technical experience and creative thinking will be key in designing, coding, and testing applications that transform industries and deliver exceptional user experiences.

As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for project success and maintaining standards, motivating and inspiring others to deliver quality. You will leverage team strengths and manage performance to meet client expectations, while embracing technology and innovation to enhance delivery.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. You will be responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. Your growing business knowledge will help identify opportunities that contribute to the success of our firm, while you lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way.

Responsibilities

- Leading the development and implementation of innovative software solutions to drive digital transformation
- Managing and mentoring software engineering teams to enhance performance and deliver client-focused results
- Designing, coding, and testing applications using programming languages such as C#.NET, Java, and Python
- Overseeing the application of software development methodologies, including Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD)
- Collaborating with stakeholders to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Utilizing microservices architecture and enterprise application integration to optimize software functionality
- Conducting code reviews and quality assurance testing to maintain software standards
- Implementing application lifecycle management and software project planning to achieve project goals
- Encouraging team members to develop skills outside their comfort zones and embrace technological innovations
- Addressing and resolving conflicts or issues with clients and team members to maintain project momentum

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 8 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

-C# and .NET Core / .NET 6+,ASP.NET Core Web API / MVC, RESTful API design and development,Docker

-SQL (MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MySQL), CI/CD pipeline familiarity (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions),Unit testing: xUnit/NUnit, NuGet package management

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Artificial Intelligence, Business Analytics, Computer and Data Engineering, Computer Science, Human Computer Interaction, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems/Technology, Machine Learning, Management Information Systems, Software Engineering
- Utilizing Acceptance Test Driven Development (ATDD) for software quality assurance
- Developing applications using C#.NET and JavaScript (JS)
- Managing API integrations and microservices architecture
