Location: Ankara, Turkey (this role offers relocation to Malta)

Role Overview: Our client is looking for a talented Custom Applications Senior Analyst Programmer. As a Full Stack .NET Developer you will work with various platforms, acting as a technical point of reference for integrations within Consultancy Services.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of experience working on Microsoft Technology Stack.
• Knowledge of .NET C#, TypeScript, React, CSS3 (Bootstrap) required.
• Ability to stay up to date with the latest technology changes.
• Command of best practices including source control, unit testing methodologies and build processes.
• Ability to work under heavy workload in a time‑critical environment.
• Effective written and oral communication skills essential for client presentations.
• Analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Knowledge of serverless technologies such as Azure Functions is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside Solution and Technical Architects to deliver high quality design and sustainable client solutions.
• Implement technical solutions for customer requirements.
• Analyze, implement and resolve issues in large‑scale, high business‑impact implementations.
• Participate in development, integrations, product support, and platform updates.
• Write technical documentation and keep it up to date during development.
• Operate in a semi‑Agile environment depending on business requirements.
• Collaborate with on‑shore and off/near‑shore development teams.
• Deliver all development work per Microsoft Business Solutions (MBS) standards, ensuring on‑time and on‑budget delivery.
• Actively contribute to technical and design working groups within the practice.
• Adhere to best practice and client technical standards during all development.
• Keep team and project manager updated on progress.
• Identify and raise risks and issues through appropriate governance channels.
• Perform additional duties as directed by Practice management.
• Represent the client professionally and positively at all times.
• Ensure timely completion of internal processes and mandatory training.
