Summary
A 6+ month W2 contract role through Lighthouse Technology Services: a full stack .NET developer leading development of commercial card and merchant payment systems, building APIs across banking platforms, and modernizing legacy apps on AWS/Azure. Remote within the United States, paying $75-80+/hr.
Lighthouse Technology Services is partnering with our client to fill their Full Stack .Net Web Developer position! This is a 6 months + contract and will be remote in United States.
This role will be a W2 employee of Lighthouse Technology Services. No C2C or subcontracting arrangements will be considered.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Lead full stack .Net web development initiatives supporting commercial card and merchant payment systems
- Design and develop complex API solutions integrating multiple banking platforms and third-party systems
- Architect cloud-based solutions leveraging AWS or Azure platforms to modernize legacy applications
- Collaborate with business units to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Direct and mentor development team members on technical implementation and best practices
- Oversee complete SDLC from requirements analysis through user acceptance testing and production deployment
- Prepare comprehensive technical specifications, system documentation, and project assessments
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards and security protocols
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across integrated applications and databases
- Drive continuous improvement by evaluating and recommending new technologies to enhance system capabilities
What You'll Need to Have:
- 3-5 years of full stack .Net web development experience in enterprise environments
- Proven background working in banking or financial services industry (required)
- Strong proficiency in API development and integration across multiple systems
- Solid database design and development experience with enterprise-scale applications
- Demonstrated experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS or Azure)
- Experience with SaaS application development and cloud-native architectures
- Proven ability to lead technical initiatives and mentor development team members
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present technical solutions to business stakeholders
Pay Range: $75-80+/hr
