Full-Stack Odoo Developer

We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Odoo Developer with strong experience in Odoo, Python,

ReactJS, web technologies, and AI-assisted software development. The role is responsible for

developing, customizing, integrating, testing, deploying, and supporting Odoo ERP solutions and

related web applications.

The role will work closely with Project Managers, Business Analysts, Clients, and Support teams to

deliver scalable, reliable, and high-quality solutions, while providing technical guidance to

development team members.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Develop, customize, and maintain Odoo modules and applications using Python.

• Develop responsive web applications using ReactJS, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

• Develop and maintain integrations between Odoo and external systems using APIs.

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.

• Design, code, test, debug, and document software throughout the Software Development

• Lifecycle.

• Develop unit, integration, and E2E tests.

• Maintain and troubleshoot existing applications and integrations.

• Work with PostgreSQL and Odoo databases.

• Use Git for source control and collaborative development.

• Apply AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code to improve development

• productivity, code quality, testing, debugging, and documentation.

• Support deployment and configuration across development, staging, and production

• environments.

• Collaborate with technical and functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to other developers and clients.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

• 2 - 5 years of software development experience, with strong Odoo/Python experience.

• Strong knowledge of Odoo framework, Python, PostgreSQL, ReactJS, and JavaScript.

• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted software development tools, such as Claude Code,

• Experience with REST APIs, system integrations, Git, and software testing.

• Experience with Agile Software Development methodologies.

• Experience with or AWS is an advantage.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.

• Self-motivated team player with good time-management skills.

• Previous technical leadership or mentoring experience is preferred.
