Own and scale Wix's non-paid acquisition channels — SEO/GEO, content, social, and community — running fast experiments across the full funnel to grow traffic, signups, and revenue. Hands-on role blending strategy, content production, AI search optimization, and analytics.
We’re looking for a Full Stack Organic Growth Marketer to own and scale our non-paid acquisition channels. You’ll build and run the systems that bring in qualified traffic, signups, and revenue through content, AI search visibility, social media and community, and you’ll be hands-on across the whole funnel, from strategy and research to execution, analytics, and iteration.
What you'll do
- Own the organic growth roadmap and the targets tied to it (traffic, signups, pipeline, revenue)
- Identify and prioritize high-leverage opportunities using data, competitive analysis, and customer insight
- Run a fast experimentation cadence: hypothesize, ship, measure, scale or kill
- Optimize for visibility in AI-driven search including entity coverage, citations content
- Plan, brief, and ship high-quality content
- Refresh and consolidate existing content to defend and grow organic KPIs
- Use automation and AI tooling to scale research, production, and QA without sacrificing quality
- Distribute content across owned and earned channels
- 2+ years of hands-on organic marketing experience, with a track record of measurable growth
- Self-starter who thrives with ambiguity and can manage multiple workstreams
- Strong analytical skills and confidence with turning data into clear recommendations
- Excellent written and verbal communication, in English
