Full stack Product Engineer (45K€ - 55K€)

Build full-stack features and AI agents for restaurant operations, using TypeScript, React, Node, and serverless microservices.
We're looking for a proactive and driven Product Engineer for one of our clients to build and deliver impactful features that make a real difference for restaurant operations.
- Design, build, and maintain a full-stack platform and AI Agents
- Focus on delivering outcomes and overcome challenges
- Architect scalable solutions to support rapid growth
- Contribute to process improvement, evolving from scrappy solutions to smarter approaches
- Mentor team members and help shape the team culture
- Share maintenance responsibilities such as bug fixing, monitoring, and dependency management within a rotating support squad
Example objectives in your first months might include:
- Enhance automation so our AI agent handles more administrative work for customers
- Enable effortless purchase orders for customers directly within the platform
- Develop AI workflows to automate operational tasks for restaurants
- Build dashboards and reporting features that help customers track their business health
- Streamline internal operations with AI-powered tools for cross-team collaboration
- At least 3 years of engineering experience working on SaaS applications in Agile environments
- Proven ability to build products end to end, including discovery, infrastructure, backend, frontend, and testing
- Familiarity with TypeScript, React, and Node
- Experience designing and implementing architectures using services, databases, external APIs, caches, queues, and events
- Experience working with Microservices or related service-oriented architectures
- Hands‑on experience developing with AI and strong judgment in applying AI effectively
- Fluency in Spanish and comfortable communicating in English (documentation and projects are in English, day‑to‑day conversations are often in Spanish)
