Summary
Build and maintain full-stack Python applications for banking systems, using React/Angular for frontends and REST APIs with SQL databases in an enterprise environment.
Must-Have Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in Python development
- Experience in Full Stack Development (Frontend + Backend)
- Excellent SQL skills with the ability to write complex queries, optimize performance, and troubleshoot database issues
- Experience building REST APIs and microservices
- Hands-on experience with modern frontend technologies such as React, Angular, or Vue.js
- Good understanding of relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, etc.)
- Experience with Git, CI/CD, and Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills
- Proven experience working on Banking or Financial Services applications
- Familiarity with banking processes, regulatory requirements, and enterprise application development
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, or containerized deployments
- Exposure to DevOps practices
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced enterprise banking environment
- Self-driven, proactive, and capable of working independently
