Full-Stack Python + Flutter Developer at BairesDev
In this role, you'll work as an AI orchestrator engineer, directing AI across the entire software development lifecycle — writing, testing, verifying, deploying, troubleshooting, and documenting — with tight validation loops and full production ownership. Working in a distributed, async-first team at a fast-moving startup, you'll ship at a pace that only AI-fluent engineers with founding-engineer instincts can sustain. This is not a role for vibe coders: you validate aggressively, own quality end-to-end, and understand that stack-specific syntax is bridgeable but judgment and AI-fluency are not.
What You'll Do:
- Direct AI across the full SDLC including writing, testing, verifying, deploying, troubleshooting, and documenting.
- Build and maintain backend services using Python and cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.
- Validate outputs aggressively and maintain traceability across AI-assisted development workflows.
- Own production quality end-to-end in a distributed, async-first environment.
- Ship rapidly while maintaining tight validation loops and engineering discipline.
What we are looking for:
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering.
- Strong proficiency in Python for backend development.
- Hands-on experience with Flutter and Dart for cross-platform development.
- AI-fluency: demonstrated ability to direct AI tools across the full development lifecycle, not just use them for autocomplete.
- Founding-engineer instinct: self-directed, high ownership, comfortable operating with minimal process.
- Strong validation mindset and production quality standards.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
