As a Full Stack Developer, you will work across both backend and frontend systems, contributing to the continuous improvement of our platform. You will collaborate closely with operations and support teams to increase stability, reduce support load, and improve the overall user experience.
Your responsibilities include: - Maintaining and improving our backend and frontend architecture (Ruby on Rails, Turbo, Stimulus) - Building internal tools to improve support and operations efficiency - Contributing to customer-facing applications such as webmail and control panels - Working with support teams to identify and resolve bugs and usability issues - Collaborating on infrastructure and platform innovation projects - Improving automation and system reliability - Keeping our issue tracker (YouTrack) structured and up to date
