Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Microsoft technology stack (.NET, C#, ASP.NET, etc.)
- Build and support web applications, APIs, and backend services
- Perform system analysis, requirement gathering, and technical design and prepare necessary documentation
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Ensure code quality through best practices, code reviews, and testing
- Apply secure coding practices to protect applications from vulnerabilities
- Analyze, maintain, and enhance legacy applications
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing systems
- Participate in architecture and design decisions
- Assist to other developers and contribute to team growth
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience
- Strong experience with .NET Framework / .NET Core / .NET 6+ / .NET 8
- Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Core, Web API
- Experience with ORM tools (e.g. Entity Framework, Entity Framework Core, Dapper, etc.)
- Strong hands‑on experience with Microsoft SQL Server (e.g. T‑SQL, Stored Procedures, Query Optimization, Indexing, etc.)
- Solid understanding of software architecture and design patterns (e.g. Unit of Work, Clean Architecture, etc.)
- Strong expertise in system analysis and documentation (e.g. Requirement Gathering, Functional & Technical Specifications, UML Diagrams – Sequence/Class/Activity, System Design Documents, Workflows, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of secure coding practices (e.g. OWASP Top 10, Input Validation, Output Encoding, Authentication & Authorization, Secure API Development, JWT, OAuth, etc.)
- Proven ability to read, understand, and work with legacy application code (e.g. ASP.NET Web Forms, WCF, older .NET versions, etc.)
- Experience in building and consuming RESTful APIs and microservices
- Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD tools (e.g. Azure DevOps, GitHub, etc.)
- Experience with version control systems (e.g. VSS, GitHub, etc.)
- Knowledge of containerization and deployment (e.g. Docker, Kubernetes, etc.)
- Familiarity with logging and monitoring tools (e.g. syslog, Serilog, etc.)
- Experience with messaging and integration tools (e.g. RabbitMQ, etc.)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
