You will spend your time alternating between shipping production-ready code and leading high-impact training sessions for aspiring developers in both physical and virtual classrooms. Core Responsibilities Full-Stack Development: Architect, develop, and maintain web applications using PHP (Laravel) and MySQL, ensuring high performance and responsiveness. System Design: Create database schemas, API integrations, and system architectures that support scalable software solutions. Code Quality: Perform regular code reviews, write unit tests, and maintain technical documentation to ensure long-term project sustainability. Innovation: Implement emerging technologies, including AI integrations and Blockchain-based logic, to solve specific real-world problems. Curriculum Engineering: Build comprehensive learning paths covering HTML/CSS, JavaScript, PHP, SQL, and Git version control. Hybrid Delivery: Conduct interactive in-person workshops and stream live technical deep-dives for remote students. Live Coding: Demonstrate real-world debugging and problem-solving techniques through live coding sessions. Project Supervision: Guide students through the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), from initial flowcharts and database design to final deployment. Assessment: Evaluate student code for logic, efficiency, and security, providing detailed feedback to bridge the gap between "academic" and "production" coding.
