On-Call & L3 Support: Participate in on-call rotations, diagnosing high-priority technical issues and delivering root-cause code fixes.
Technical Writing: Document system workflows, root-cause analyses, and feature updates in the internal Knowledge Base for global team handovers.
Continuous Growth: Work alongside senior architects to broaden your technical domain knowledge and refine engineering practices.
What We’re Looking For
Work Authorization: Must have the legal right to work in Malaysia at the time of application (we cannot provide visa sponsorship or relocation support).
3+ years of professional experience with C# / .NET.
Strong all-rounder capabilities across backend systems (REST APIs, data persistence) and modern front-end frameworks (Angular/React/MVC).
Adaptable problem-solving mindset with a drive to navigate and debug complex enterprise codebases.
Fluency in English (written and spoken).
