Full Stack Software Developer

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend services using Python Django and REST APIs.
• Build or support Flutter applications based on approved Figma designs.
• Design and optimise PostgreSQL databases queries and application performance.
• Implement authentication, access controls, notifications, chat and third-party integrations.
• Review code, architecture documents, database designs and technical deliverables.
• Support cloudflare cloud deployment, testing, troubleshooting and release management.
• Implement security controls, logging, backups and regional data storage requirements.
• Coordinate with the development team and provide clear technical progress reports.

Required Skills

• Strong practical experience with Python Django and Django REST Framework.
• Experience with PostgreSQL.
• API development and integration.
• Working knowledge of Flutter and Dart.
• Familiarity with Git, Linux, Docker and CI CD.
• Understanding of application security, automated testing and performance optimisation.
• Ability to review vendor deliverables and explain technical issues clearly.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, showcasing solid foundational knowledge and practical skills.

Experience

• At least 3-5 years of experience in full stack development, demonstrating a proven track record in delivering successful projects.

Additional Experience

• Experience with Cloudflare Workers, R2, WAF and Zero Trust.
• Cloudflare cloud hosting experience.
• Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure or similar cloud platforms.
• Experience with Redis, background tasks, WebSockets or real-time applications.
• Exposure to SaaS platforms, HRMS applications building.
