About the role

As a full‑stack software engineer you will work in a small, agile team on the company’s Albert’s Next Generation Toolkit, primarily focusing on the paywall component. You may also be asked to contribute to other Media Technology products.

Key responsibilities

Design, develop and maintain front‑end components using React.
Implement back‑end services with PHP and Symfony (or a similar framework).
Manage code through Git and participate in continuous integration pipelines.
Write unit tests and perform iterative development.
Deploy and support Linux servers.
Use Jira and Confluence for project tracking and documentation.

Qualifications

Proficiency in React, PHP, and Symfony (or comparable backend frameworks).
Experience with Git, continuous integration, unit testing and iterative development.
Comfortable working on Linux production servers.
Strong communication skills, able to explain technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
Flexible thinker and ability to thrive in a small team.
Experience with Jira and Confluence.
