We are looking for Intermediate/Senior level software developers willing to work in a new, out-of-the-box setup, combining work-from-home and on-site arrangements, innovative compensation schemes, and benefits.
Required Skills
Programming Language/Scripting: PHP
Proficient in using development CODEIGNITER framework
Knowledgeable with 3 yrs minimum work experience in Database Management Systems such as MySQL, MS SQL, Oracle
Knowledgeable with 1yr minimum work experience in HTML, CSS3 and Front-end Scripting language such as NODEJS, VUEJS, REACTJS and VANILLA JS
Tools: MySQL Workbench, VSCode, Git
Good working knowledge of OOP and MVC
Strong analytical and logical thinking
Disciplined and efficient worker, able to manage time in order to meet project deadlines while maintaining quality output.
Qualifications
At least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent. Experience in Project Development Lifecycle.
Must have a good understanding of best coding and design practices
Must demonstrate excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills
Minimum of 3 and above years of software development experience
A plus:
Candidates able to prepare documentation such as functional and technical designs, exposure in systems analysis and design, exposure in analyzing business requirements, experience in project cost estimation and documenting have a significant advantage.
Background in change and release management

Job Responsibilities:
To work closely with Project Managers, Team Leads, Customer Support and fellow Software Engineers to ensure smooth development and delivery of applications.
To take on tasks such as requirements analysis/assessment and estimation, design, development, testing, and technical supportas needed to meet project requirements and timeline.
To conduct unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting while maintaining high-quality code standards.
To prepare and maintain technical documentation throughout the software development lifecycle.
To mentor junior engineers, provide technical guidance, and ensure adherence to best practices and software engineering standards.
