Full-Stack Software Engineer (10/936)

Project

Join a global engineering team building modern enterprise applications in a collaborative Agile environment. You'll work on the full software development lifecycle-from requirements analysis and solution design to implementation, deployment, and production support-while contributing to scalable, high-quality software used in business-critical systems.

You will

• Develop and deliver new features from requirements through production
• Break down business requirements into user stories and implement them iteratively
• Design scalable and maintainable technical solutions
• Support production systems by investigating and resolving bugs, security issues, and performance bottlenecks
• Identify and reduce technical debt while balancing new feature development
• Collaborate through pair programming and code reviews
• Work closely with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment

Must have

• Willingness to work across both backend and frontend development
• Understanding of REST APIs and distributed applications
• Experience working with databases such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or Redis
• Working knowledge of Unix/Linux
• Experience with .NET and C#
• Understanding of software engineering best practices and Agile development
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Fluent English and Polish

Nice to have

• Experience working in cloud-native or microservices environments
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Experience supporting production applications and troubleshooting complex systems
