  • Preventing patient information from appearing in development logs, error reports or unapproved third-party tools.

Developers are expected to help ZeeNovo implement technical safeguards appropriate to applicable Canadian privacy requirements, including Ontario's PHIPA and PIPEDA where applicable.

Production patient data must not be copied to personal computers, unmanaged development environments or unauthorized AI services.

Access to production systems must follow company authorization and least-privilege policies.

7. Software Quality and Engineering Standards

Developers must follow a disciplined engineering process:

  • Clean, maintainable, modular code.
  • Reusable components and shared services.
  • Meaningful unit and integration tests.
  • Regression testing for existing workflows.

ZeeNovo is exploring future AI-assisted pharmacy workflow technology, including ZeeNovo Laminar.

Potential work includes:

  • Structured prescription and document intake.
  • Data extraction and validation.
  • Workflow orchestration and background tasks.
