Full-Stack Software Engineer

We are looking for Full Stack Software Engineers to join our team. This role requires close collaboration with international teams, so daily communication is conducted in English.

Your main goals will be to build reliable features, integrate with modern backend services, and deliver maintainable products following sound engineering practices. You will work across frontend and backend responsibilities, contributing to the full software development lifecycle.

• Develop and maintain frontend and backend components.
• Integrate with RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL.
• Work with SQL databases and design for performance and reliability.
• Apply Agile practices and participate in CI/CD workflows.
• Collaborate with DevOps-minded teams to support deployment and operational excellence.
• Write clean, scalable code following best practices (e.g., SOLID and Clean Code).

Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Informatics, or a related field.

• Advanced English level, including the ability to communicate verbally in English.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience.
• Strong knowledge of algorithms and solid analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Experience working with SQL databases.
• Frontend experience with Vue.js, React, or Angular.
• Experience integrating with RESTful APIs or GraphQL.
• Knowledge of the software development lifecycle using Agile practices, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Proactive mindset with strong ownership and initiative.
• Knowledge of DevOps, microservices architecture, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Strong understanding of software development best practices, including SOLID principles and Clean Code, with an ability to build scalable and maintainable solutions.
• Must be based in Lima, Peru, with availability to work in Magdalena del Mar.
