Full-stack Software Engineer

Quilgo builds assessment and proctoring software used by thousands of educators and organisations worldwide. We operate as a small, highly effective remote team building reliable, practical software that solves real problems.

What you will do:

Build and ship new product features across backend and frontend
🌸Own specific product areas end-to-end
🌸Improve UI and UX across the platform
🌸Collaborate on product ideas and feature design
🌸Design and implement APIs and services
🌸Improve performance, reliability, and maintainability of existing systems
🌸Contribute to architectural decisions when needed

Requirements:

💦Strong experience with Node.js
💦Strong experience with modern frontend frameworks (Vue, React, or Angular)
💦Strong full-stack engineering ability
💦Experience building SaaS products
💦Experience with backend frameworks such as NestJS
💦Comfortable working across backend and frontend
💦Comfortable working in small team environments
💦Good written English and ability to communicate clearly in async environments
💦Ability to work independently

Hiring Process & Compensation:
