Full-Stack Software Engineer
About the company
Our client is a technology company.
The role
Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Build new software products from scratch as a generalist engineer, working across the stack and in close contact with customers. You will turn loosely defined needs into polished, usable product experiences and take ownership from idea through release.
What you'll do
- Build new products from zero to one, shaping unclear customer needs into clear and usable experiences.
- Work directly with customers to understand their problems and turn complex technical workflows into shipped software.
- Take ownership of both user-facing and server-side development, including data design and supporting internal tools.
- Create interfaces that let users inspect, validate and review technical data and system behavior.
Requirements
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or an equivalent technical degree.
- Early-stage startup experience as a founder, founding engineer or similar.
- Genuine full-stack generalist skills across frontend, backend, data and APIs.
- Proficiency with TypeScript and Python.
- Comfort speaking directly with customers.
- A record of shipping zero-to-one products with real users in ambiguous environments.
- Experience handling detailed, hands-on tasks rather than only high-level scalable systems and automation.
- A resume that explains why products and features were built and why they mattered, not only what was built.
Bonus points
- Degree from a top computer science program.
- Prior experience as a founder or at an accelerator-backed startup.
- Some exposure to modern machine learning topics.
