The role

Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Design, build and release product features that span the data layer and the user interface, owning each piece from first concept through live deployment. Partner directly with non-technical users to turn loosely defined needs into dependable software, and help establish engineering standards as the team expands.

What you'll do

- Deliver complete product workflows and carry them into production.

- Handle both server-side data models and client-side interface development.

- Own features from initial design through release and later iteration.

- Convert broad requirements into working software while avoiding excessive planning.

- Establish coding and decision-making conventions that support a growing engineering group.

- Collect input from end users and apply it to refine what you release.

- Offer constructive challenge on product direction when it benefits users.

Requirements

What we're looking for

- Solid command of modern web application development, including TypeScript and React.

- A background in product-minded engineering where you worked directly with the people using your software.

- Prior work in a regulated setting or with confidential records, ideally in health or financial technology.

- Genuine empathy for users without a technical background.

- Comfort taking ownership of ambiguous problems in a small company with minimal oversight.

- Familiarity with the fundamentals of how healthcare coverage and care delivery work.

Bonus points

- A record of shipping products to real users and explaining their measurable impact.

- Experience in a smaller company, or having joined early and grown with the business.

- A degree in computer science or a related field.

- Base salary: USD 160,000 to 220,000 per year
