Full-Stack Software Engineer

Our client is a fast-growing software company.
The role
Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Own the design and delivery of full-stack features for a customer-facing software platform, covering both user interfaces and backend services. Work closely with a small founding group to ship quickly, learn from user feedback and lead projects from architecture through production.
What you'll do
- Build core product features across the front end and back end, including dashboards, analytics views and third-party integrations.
- Design scalable full-stack systems, from polished user interfaces to dependable APIs and deployment workflows.
- Lead projects end to end, owning coding, release and ongoing iteration.
- Craft clear interfaces and APIs so new users can get up and running within hours.
- Help new users get set up, troubleshoot problems and feed what you learn back into the roadmap.
- Partner with founders and cross-functional colleagues to propose and drive improvements.
Requirements
What we're looking for
- Experience at multiple early-stage startups, ideally as a founder or founding engineer, or a long tenure at a large tech company with fast promotions.
- Strong front-end skills with React and TypeScript.
- Strong back-end skills with Python or Node.js, plus experience on AWS.
- Deep knowledge of distributed systems on the backend.
- A university degree in computer science, computer engineering or a related electrical engineering field, ideally from a highly regarded institution.
- At least 1.5 years of experience working at a startup.
- A collaborative style and comfort speaking up with ideas for improvement.
- Founder-level ownership and an ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Bonus points
- Background in conversational or telephony-based AI products.
- Experience at a lead or principal individual-contributor level.

- Base salary: USD 215,000 to 290,000 per year
