Full Stack Software Engineer (React / React Native + Node.js or Java or Go)

Salary: $27,000 – $40,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, develop, and maintain responsive web applications and/or cross-platform mobile apps.

• Design, build, and deploy secure, high-throughput RESTful APIs, gRPC services, and microservices.

• Collaborate closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, and engineering leads to deliver features from concept to production.

• Integrate web and mobile clients seamlessly with backend services, third-party platforms, and data pipelines.

• Optimize systems for speed, scalability, cross-platform compatibility, and fault tolerance.

• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code through unit, integration, and performance testing.

• Participate in code reviews, architectural planning, and continuous improvement of engineering best practices.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Frontend & Mobile (Proficiency in at least one):

• Hands-on experience building production web applications using React.js (Hooks, State Management, TypeScript preferred).

• OR Proven track record developing cross-platform mobile applications using React Native (iOS & Android).

Backend (Proficiency in at least one):

• Node.js: Express, NestJS, Fastify, or TypeScript backend development.

• OR Java: Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Hibernate, or microservices architecture.

• OR Golang (Go): Building high-performance, concurrent distributed services, microservices, or APIs (Gin, Fiber, Echo, gRPC).

Core Foundations:

• Solid understanding of RESTful API design, data modeling, concurrency, and async workflows.

• Hands-on experience with databases: Relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) or NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis).

• Proficiency with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and modern DevOps tools.

• Practical exposure to Docker, containerization, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

• Strong analytical thinking, clean code principles, and readiness to adapt across diverse stacks.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

• Experience spanning both web (React) and mobile (React Native).

• Multilingual backend exposure (e.g., Node.js + Golang or Java + Golang).

• Experience with message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ) or event-driven architectures.

• Hands-on experience with gRPC, Protocol Buffers, or GraphQL.
