What you'll do
- Design, build, test, deploy, and maintain web applications and backend services.
- Work across frontend, backend, APIs, databases, and cloud infrastructure.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to translate user needs into technical solutions.
- Take ownership of engineering tasks from problem discovery to production delivery.
- Contribute to technical design and architecture discussions, balancing quality, maintainability, and delivery speed.
- Build observable systems and troubleshoot production issues.
- Improve engineering practices like automated testing, CI/CD, and code quality.
- Review code, share knowledge, and foster a collaborative engineering culture.
- Explore and adopt new technologies and AI-assisted development tools to enhance productivity.
Requirements
- Practical software engineering experience building and maintaining production applications.
- Experience in both frontend and backend development, with strong capability in one area and willingness to work across the stack.
- Experience with modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Good understanding of REST APIs, databases, application architecture, and software engineering fundamentals.
- Experience with relational or NoSQL databases.
- Familiarity with cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Ability to independently investigate unfamiliar problems and navigate existing codebases.
- Strong learning ability and willingness to acquire new technologies.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.

- Experience with cloud-native applications, microservices, event-driven architectures, or distributed systems.
