Full-Stack Software Engineer

Summary

Build full-stack identity systems for government and enterprise clients using Rust, React, and cloud infrastructure while advising on privacy standards.

You design, build, and deploy full-stack identity solutions for government and enterprise customers. You translate customer requirements into production-ready systems, develop backend services and web or mobile applications, contribute to Rust codebases, advise partners on identity standards and privacy, and manage deployments and post-launch support.

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and deploy full-stack solutions
  • Collaborate with delivery leads, engineers, and UX designers
  • Translate customer requirements into technical architectures
  • Advise partners on open identity standards and privacy practices
  • Build backend services and web or mobile applications
  • Contribute to Rust codebases
  • Manage customer deployments and provide post-launch support

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience building backend systems
  • Experience with statically typed languages such as Rust, Go, C#, or Java
  • Experience with modern web frontends such as React and TypeScript
  • Experience leading cross-functional engineering efforts
  • Cloud infrastructure and DevOps experience
  • Customer or stakeholder communication experience
  • U.S. residence
