The Role

A hands-on leadership role in our R&D organization. You will lead a team of full stack engineers, own its delivery end to end, and shape both our product and our engineering culture.

What You'll Do

• Lead, mentor and develop a team of full stack engineers, with code reviews and regular feedback.

• Build a team culture of ownership, quality and continuous improvement.

• Own the team's delivery: planning, estimation, development, release and post-production.

• Balance speed, quality and scalability across many initiatives, and keep production systems reliable.

• Design scalable full stack architectures and guide decisions across frontend and backend.

• Turn complex business requirements into maintainable technical solutions.

• Stay hands-on: write high-quality production code and lead by example.

• Work closely with Product, Design and other stakeholders as a technical partner in product direction.

What We're Looking For

• 6+ years as a full stack developer in an R&D team, delivering production-grade systems at scale.

• 2+ years leading an engineering team as a Team Lead.

• Strong hands-on experience building web applications with Python and TypeScript.

• Solid understanding of system design, software architecture and modern web technologies.

• Strong experience with relational databases.

• Proven ability to lead complex projects end to end, balancing technical depth and delivery.

• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment.
