Full Stack Unity Developer

Position Overview

We are seeking a talented and passionate Full Stack Unity Developer to join Togwe. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Unity (C#) to design, develop, and optimize real‑time multiplayer games like Ludo, Cricket, Chess, Carrom, and other casual/sports games. Backend development experience (Node.js/GoLang) will be considered a plus, but Unity and C# expertise is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Frontend (Unity – Mandatory):
  • Develop and implement multiplayer games using Unity Engine (2D & 3D).
  • Build engaging gameplay features including player mechanics, AI, animations, physics, and UI/UX.
  • Integrate third‑party SDKs/APIs (ads, payments, analytics, leaderboards, social features).
  • Debug, profile, and resolve performance issues.
• Backend development (Node.js/GoLang) for scalable game servers.
• Experience with real‑time multiplayer (WebSockets/Socket.io/Photon/Mirror/Netcode).
• Familiarity with databases (MySQL, MongoDB, Redis) and cloud hosting (AWS/GCP/Azure).

Requirements

• 4–6 years of proven experience as a Unity Game Developer.
• Strong expertise in Unity & C# (mandatory).
• Hands‑on experience in developing multiplayer board/sports games (Ludo, Chess, Carrom, Cricket preferred).
• Strong problem‑solving and debugging skills.
• Ability to work independently and deliver end‑to‑end game features.

Good to Have (Preferred)

• Backend development skills in Node.js/GoLang.
• Experience with payment gateways, anti‑cheat systems, and secure game environments.
• Prior experience publishing games on Google Play Store / Apple App Store.
• Knowledge of blockchain/web3‑based gaming will be an advantage.
