Summary

Build a secure web app for whistleblower reports that meets EU whistleblower-protection rules, handling intake, anonymity, retaliation safeguards, and archiving.

From the end of September 2024, Polish companies and public institutions will have to adapt their procedures to the new Whistleblower Protection Act, which implements the EU directive in this regard. This means the obligation to implement an appropriate system for receiving, analysing and archiving reports from whistleblowers. Failure to adapt to the new requirements may result in serious legal and financial consequences.
