About the Role

DDC AI Marketing is looking for a highly skilled and passionate Full-Stack Web, Android & AI Application Developer who can independently design, develop, deploy and manage complete software applications using modern development technologies and AI-powered coding tools.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience building end-to-end web applications, Android applications, SaaS platforms, CRM systems, AI-powered applications, automation solutions and custom business software.

We are looking for someone who can convert business requirements into fully functional, scalable and production-ready applications taking complete ownership from concept to deployment and maintenance.

This is an end-to-end development role, not just a frontend or backend coding position.

Key Responsibilities

1. Full-Stack Web Application Development

• Design, develop and maintain responsive websites and web applications.
• Build modern frontend interfaces and complete backend systems.
• Develop SaaS platforms, CRM applications, ERP solutions and custom business applications.
• Handle complete application architecture, development and integration.
• Create reusable components and scalable application structures.

2. Android Application Development

• Develop, build, test and deploy Android mobile applications.
• Create mobile applications with modern UI/UX and smooth performance.
• Integrate Android applications with backend APIs and databases.
• Implement authentication, push notifications, file uploads and other mobile features.
• Handle APK/AAB builds, Play Store publishing, updates and maintenance.
• Experience with Flutter, React Native or native Android development is preferred.

3. AI-Powered Application Development

• Develop AI-powered web and mobile applications using modern AI technologies.
• Integrate OpenAI, Google Gemini, Claude and other AI model APIs.
• Build AI chatbots, AI agents, intelligent assistants and automated workflows.
• Implement prompt engineering, RAG, vector databases and AI-based automation.
• Develop AI-powered business tools, content generation systems and intelligent CRM features.
• Use AI coding assistants to accelerate development and improve productivity.

4. Backend, APIs & Database Management

• Develop and manage backend services using Node.js, Python, Express.js or similar technologies.
• Design and manage REST APIs and third-party API integrations.
• Work with PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Supabase and Firebase.
• Handle database architecture, queries, relationships, optimisation and backups.
• Implement webhooks, authentication, role-based access and API security.

5. AI Tools & Development Automation

• Work confidently with AI-assisted development platforms and coding tools.
• Use tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Replit AI, Bolt and Lovable.
• Build applications using AI-assisted coding while maintaining clean, secure and maintainable code.
• Identify, debug and resolve AI-generated code issues.
• Integrate Make.com, n8n and other workflow automation platforms.
• Automate repetitive business processes through APIs and AI agents.

6. Cloud Hosting, Deployment & Server Management

• Manage application hosting, domains, DNS, SSL and server configurations.
• Deploy applications using Vercel, AWS, Hostinger VPS or similar platforms.
• Work with Linux, Ubuntu, Docker, Nginx and server environments.
• Configure production environments, CI/CD pipelines and application monitoring.
• Manage application performance, scalability, security and uptime.

7. Testing, Maintenance & Project Ownership

• Perform application testing, debugging and performance optimisation.
• Identify and resolve frontend, backend, API and database issues.
• Maintain existing applications and implement new features.
• Ensure application security, reliability and scalability.
• Manage projects independently from requirement analysis to final delivery.
• Coordinate with management, designers, marketing teams and clients.
