The Role
Are you a problem-solver who sees logic in the chaos? At Clickr, we don’t just "write code"—we architect solutions.
In this role, you will be at the intersection of web development and Digital Process Automation. You will support the development of high-performance sites while actively looking for ways to leverage AI and automation to make our workflows faster and smarter.
What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)
Full-Stack Development: Support the development and maintenance of corporate sites, eCommerce platforms, and landing pages.
AI-Powered Coding: Fully utilize AI-enabled tools to improve code quality and delivery speed, maintaining high "Tools Proficiency".
Digital Process Automation: Use scripts, rules, and third-party tools to automate repetitive tasks in campaign management and internal reporting.
Workflow Creation & Stewardship: Diagnose friction in current SOPs and suggest/design better ways of working to increase agency-wide efficiency.
Collaborative Troubleshooting: Bridge communication gaps between departments (SEO, Creative, PMO) to resolve technical bottlenecks and dependencies.
What You’ll Learn (Learning Outcomes)
Programming Fundamentals: Master clean code standards, GIT workflows, and reusable code architectures used in professional environments.
Automation Logic: Learn how to translate manual business processes into automated, tech-enabled roadmaps.
System Design: Gain experience in designing frontend and backend systems that are both user-friendly and architecturally sound.
Data Fundamentals: Understand data structures, ETL processes, and search efficiencies in a real-world agency context.
What We’re Looking For (Requirements)
Academic Pursuit: Currently undertaking a degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Programming, or a related technical field.
The Technical Core: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JS, and PHP. Experience with Node.JS or APIs is a significant plus.
Savviness: A natural "Independent Learner" who adeptly uses and adapts to new digital technologies and AI to solve problems.
