Full Stack Web Developer (JM - 11232023 - PTWD)
Position: Web Developer
Number of hours: 10 hours/week
Schedule: PST
Responsibilities
- Meet with clients to discuss website design and function
- Design and build the website front-end
- Create the website architecture
- Manage the website back-end, including database and server integration
- Generate themes and plugins suitable for the client’s website
- Conduct website performance tests
- Troubleshoot common website issues and address concerns leading to downtime
- Monitor the performance of the live website
- Other ad hoc tasks to be assigned
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Web Developer or relevant experience
- Knowledge in full stack web development, specifically using WordPress and Avada theme builder
- Top‑notch programming skills and in‑depth knowledge of modern HTML/CSS
- Proficiency in both desktop and mobile website development is required
- Top‑notch knowledge of the Search Engine Optimization process
- Experience with hosting dashboards such as SiteGround, Bluehost, GoDaddy, etc. is a plus
- Solid understanding of how web applications work, including security, session management, and best development practices
- Can set up the clients’ personal and business website
- Hands‑on experience with network diagnostics, network analytical tools
- Aggressive problem diagnosis and creative problem‑solving skills
- Strong organizational skills to juggle multiple tasks within the constraints of timelines and budgets with business acumen
- Ability to work and thrive in a fast‑paced environment, learn rapidly, and master diverse web technologies and techniques
