Telford (Office Based) • Permanent • £30,000 – £40,000 per annum (depending on experience) • Monday – Friday

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing and forward‑thinking organisation based in Telford. The role involves developing and maintaining internal and customer‑facing web applications, supporting ongoing development of systems and providing ownership of projects within a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain full‑stack web applications using JavaScript (ES6+), Node.js and React.
• Build and integrate RESTful APIs and third‑party services.
• Work with databases such as MongoDB, SQL Server or similar.
• Create responsive, user‑friendly interfaces using HTML5 and CSS3.
• Take ownership of features from concept through to delivery.
• Support application security, including authentication and secure handling of user data.
• Collaborate with the wider team on development projects and continuous improvements.

Skills & Experience

• At least 1.5 years’ experience in a similar development role such as Junior Developer, Software Developer, Web Developer, Full Stack Developer or related.
• Strong working knowledge of JavaScript and modern web development practices.
• Experience across both frontend and backend development.
• Constructed or contributed to full‑stack applications.
• Proficiency with version control tools such as Git.
• Proactive problem‑solving and learning mindset.
