Full Stack Web Developer

Job Summary

The Full Stack Web Developer designs, develops, enhances, and maintains web applications across backend and frontend components. The role translates business requirements into secure, scalable, and user-friendly solutions using Java and Spring Framework technologies, integrates internal and third-party systems, and supports application testing, deployment, and production maintenance.

Responsibilities & Duties

• Develop and maintain backend applications using Java 11 or higher and Spring Framework technologies

. • Build scalable, reusable business services and application features based on approved functional and technical specifications.

• Develop and document RESTful APIs and integrate applications with internal and third-party systems.

• Implement messaging services using RabbitMQ or similar tools.

• Develop report generation functionality using Jaspersoft.

• Design and optimize database structures, SQL queries, and transactions.

• Implement persistence layers using Hibernate and Spring Data.

• Maintain database versioning and migration scripts to support reliable deployments and data integrity.

• Build responsive, user-friendly web interfaces based on business requirements and UI/UX designs. • Integrate frontend components with backend APIs.

• Improve application usability, accessibility, performance, cross-browser compatibility, and mobile responsiveness.

• Perform unit, integration, system, and API testing.

• Participate in peer reviews and automated code scanning, and resolve defects and security vulnerabilities.

• Support build, release, deployment, containerization, and CI/CD activities.

• Assist with cloud application monitoring, resource optimization, scalability, and availability.

• Provide production support and resolve application issues within agreed service levels.

• Apply secure development practices and comply with organizational security policies.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and participate in Agile planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

• Maintain technical documentation, deployment guides, API specifications, and support materials.

• Recommend improvements to development processes and technologies.

Technical Skills & Qualifications

• 3 Years Experience

• Proficiency in Java 11 or higher and Spring Framework technologies.

• Experience developing scalable backend modules, business services, and RESTful APIs.

• Proficiency in modern frontend technologies for building responsive, accessible, and cross-browser-compatible web applications.

• Experience integrating frontend applications with backend services.

• Knowledge of RabbitMQ or similar messaging tools.

• Experience developing reports using Jaspersoft.

• Proficiency in SQL, database design, query optimization, and transaction management.

• Experience with Hibernate, Spring Data, database versioning, and migration scripts.

• Experience performing unit, integration, system, and API testing.

• Knowledge of peer review practices, automated scanning tools, and secure coding standards.

• Familiarity with source code repositories, application artifact management, containerization, and CI/CD processes.

• Familiarity with cloud deployment, monitoring, and resource optimization is an advantage.

• Ability to troubleshoot production issues and deliver solutions within agreed timelines.
