About the Role

We are growing a team that delivers end-to-end digital and AI solutions to SMEs across every industry. In this role, you will work on real projects from discovery to deployment, building solutions that leave tangible value in the client's business.

We work as a single team and a single point of contact. We value managing the process transparently, explaining the work without drowning it in jargon, and staying open to learning.

What We're Looking For

• At least 2 years of experience in the relevant field, or a strong project portfolio.
• The ability to understand a problem, design a clean solution, and share it with the team.
• An approach open to new technologies and AI, eager to learn.
• Fluent communication in Turkish; reading and writing English is a plus.
