Role Description

• This is a full-time, remote Web Developer role.
• The Web Developer will design, develop, and maintain responsive websites and web applications that support Spirezen’s ERP solutions and related services. Daily tasks include implementing front-end interfaces, building and optimizing back-end functionality, integrating APIs and databases, and ensuring cross-browser and cross-device compatibility.
• The role also involves collaborating with product, consulting, and operations teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions, improving site performance, and maintaining high standards of security and usability.
• The Web Developer will participate in code reviews, documentation, and continuous improvement of development processes.

Required Skills

• Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Web Development and Programming skills, with experience in modern frameworks and languages.
• Candidates should possess Front-End Development and Web Design skills, including responsive design and user-friendly interface implementation.
• Candidates should possess Back-End Web Development skills, including server-side logic, API integration, and database management.
• Relevant experience with version control systems, testing/debugging tools, and deployment workflows is beneficial.
• A background in building business or SaaS applications, especially in ERP or related domains, is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving ability, clear communication skills, and the capacity to work independently in a remote, part-time setting are required.
• A degree or certification in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
• Candidates with 1-2 years of experience are preferred.
