Full Stack Web Developer

This is a genuinely varied role — and that's the point. Around 60–70% of your time will be spent on web development: building features, improving the conversion funnel, and shipping pages that help win more business. The other 30–40% is IT systems: keeping devices, networks, and integrations in good shape so the rest of the team can do their best work.

Web Development

  • Build and improve customer-facing websites and internal web apps using React and Next.js
  • Collaborate with marketing on landing pages, split tests, and conversion rate optimisation
  • Manage software integrations and API connections across the platform stack
  • Monitor site uptime, performance, and form reliability (Checkly, Sentry, Vercel) — and fix issues before they bite
  • Write clean, maintainable code and contribute to code reviews
  • Maintain and extend CMS fields so non-technical teammates can manage content independently
IT Systems
  • Provision and manage company devices via Apple/Jamf MDM
  • Keep office internet, Wi-Fi, and networking running smoothly
  • Be the first point of contact for staff IT issues — support, access, troubleshooting
  • Handle onboarding and offboarding — equipment and access, start to finish
  • Track software subscriptions and manage vendor relationships
  • Monitor DMARC and email security posture, manage SSL certificate renewals
What We're Looking For
  • 3+ years' professional full stack development experience
  • Strong React and Next.js skills — you've shipped real production applications
  • Comfortable across the full stack: front-end, back-end APIs, deployment pipelines
  • Experience integrating third-party APIs and making systems talk to each other
  • Basic–intermediate IT administration experience — you're not fazed by setting up a laptop or chasing down a network issue
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git/GitHub)
  • Strong troubleshooting instincts across both code and systems
  • A clear communicator who can work with non-technical people without making them feel small
  • Self-directed and organised — you get things done without needing to be chased
Nice to Have
  • Experience with Apple MDM (Jamf or similar)
  • Familiarity with Cloudflare (DNS, WAF, security rules)
  • Hands-on experience with Vercel, Sentry, Checkly, or PostHog
  • CRO or split-testing experience (VWO, Optimizely, or custom builds)
  • Understanding of email authentication — SPF, DKIM, DMARC
  • Exposure to MovePro, HubSpot, or similar CRM/marketing automation platforms
  • Experience in a high-growth SME or startup, wearing multiple hats
What's On Offer
  • Competitive salary + super, commensurate with experience
  • Real variety — no two weeks are the same
  • Direct collaboration with leadership and a small, capable team
  • Flexible hybrid working arrangements
  • The chance to grow with the business and shape how it builds things
