What You'll do:

- Contribute to the development and evolution of a Multi-Cloud GenAI platform, delivering secure, scalable and high-quality solutions;

- Design, develop and enhance backend capabilities related to document understanding, translation, agentic AI functionalities, web integrations, APIs and automation;

- Own the full development lifecycle, from analysis and technical design to implementation, testing, documentation and monitoring;

- Build and maintain backend services using Node.js and TypeScript, while contributing to frontend components when needed using React and Next.js;

- Design, implement and operate APIs following best practices for performance, security and reliability;

- Define and monitor KPIs, dashboards and usage metrics to support data-driven decision making;

- Develop automation scripts and workflows to improve operational efficiency and platform reliability;

- Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Tech Leads and international teams to align technical deliveries with business objectives;

- Ensure solutions comply with security, regulatory and internal governance standards;

- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, cloud operations and DevOps practices within Azure environments;

- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement across platform capabilities, development processes and customer experience;

Who You Are:

- You have at least 5 years of experience in web application development, ideally within cloud-based environments;

- You possess strong backend development expertise, particularly with Node.js and TypeScript;

- You have working experience with React and Next.js for frontend development;

- You are comfortable owning features end-to-end, from requirements analysis through implementation, testing, deployment and monitoring;

- You have solid experience designing, building and maintaining APIs and distributed applications;

- You are experienced with unit testing and end-to-end (E2E) testing and advocate for quality ownership throughout the development lifecycle;

- You have hands-on experience with Azure services, including App Services, Cosmos DB, Application Insights and monitoring solutions;

- You are familiar with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices;

- You understand Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles and have experience with automation and operational scripting;

- You have experience working with AI technologies and frameworks, including LLM integrations, RAG architectures and agentic solutions;

- You are skilled in prompt engineering and can design, test and continuously optimize prompts to maximize AI effectiveness;

- You are a proactive, autonomous professional who can take ownership of initiatives from concept to delivery;

- You thrive in collaborative, international and cross-functional environments;

- You adapt well to shifting priorities and evolving business needs;

- You approach challenges with a problem-solving mindset and a focus on delivering practical solutions;

- Fluent in Portuguese and English.
