- Bachelor’s degree in software engineering or Computer Science.
- Minimum 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Strong experience in C++ for native Windows development.
- Solid knowledge of Win32 API and MFC.
- Experience using Microsoft Visual Studio and MSBuild.
- Experience in maintaining and enhancing existing/legacy Windows applications.
- Understanding of hardware‑interfacing or system‑level software.
- Strong problem‑solving and debugging skills.
- Good communication, reporting, and time‑management skills.
Preferred Skills/Knowledge/Abilities:
- Experience using TDD (Test‑Driven Development) methodologies.
- Experience with Azure DevOps tools.
- Experience with databases or structured data storage.
- A customer‑oriented approach with knowledge of UX/UI principles.
- Experience upgrading applications to support newer Windows or Microsoft Visual Studio versions.
