Builds and maintains WordPress sites and plugins, integrates APIs, and optimizes ecommerce stores using WooCommerce and modern web tech.
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Full Stack WordPress Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in PHP, JavaScript, and modern web technologies, with a proven ability to develop, customize, and maintain high-performing Ecommerce & Portfolio WordPress websites and applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites and plugins
- Build and integrate APIs and third-party services
- Optimize website performance, security, and scalability
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues efficiently
- Convert design files (e.g. Figma) into fully functional WordPress websites
- Work on e-commerce platforms, including WooCommerce and Shopify
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in WordPress development
- Ability to work onsite and commute reliably
Technical Skills
- Strong proficiency in PHP and MySQL
- Experience in WordPress plugin development and customization
- API development and integration experience
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure and AWS
- Experience with e-commerce platforms (WooCommerce, Shopify)
- Solid knowledge of JavaScript and modern frontend practices
- Proficiency with Elementor page builder
- Experience converting Figma designs into WordPress websites
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills
Salary range: PKR 150,000 – 200,000 (based on experience and expertise)
