Job Description:
- Handle ticketing and admission sales.
- Promote and drive membership sales.
- Attend to guests' enquiries, feedback, and service recovery situations in a professional manner.
- Deliver a positive and memorable customer experience to all guests.
- Create a fun, engaging, and safe play environment for children and families.
- Act as a play guide and engage young children below 7 years old during play activities.
- Host and perform as a mascot, including dancing and interacting with guests during shows and events.
- Promote and sell merchandise products to guests.
- Assist with merchandising displays and ensure products are attractively presented.
- Ensure the retail area is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
- Support promotional campaigns and merchandise-related activities to drive sales.
Requirements
- Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Comfortable interacting with children and families.
- Energetic and confident in hosting activities and mascot performances.
- Retail or merchandising experience will be an advantage.
- Team player with good communication skills.
