About Poco Beauty

Poco Beauty is a boutique beauty studio in Chinatown specialising in facials, lash extensions and diode hair removal. We are looking for a Beauty Therapist to support our growing focus on facial treatments and diode hair removal, with an emphasis on attentive service, treatment quality and client care.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform facial treatments and diode hair removal in accordance with studio protocols and hygiene standards.

• Conduct consultations to understand clients’ concerns, treatment goals and suitability for services.

• Recommend appropriate treatments without pressure selling.

• Explain treatment procedures and aftercare clearly.

• Maintain accurate client records, treatment notes and follow-up information.

• Build positive client relationships and respond professionally to enquiries and feedback.

• Prepare and sanitise treatment rooms, tools and equipment before and after appointments.

• Support daily studio operations, including stock checks, appointment coordination and general housekeeping.
  

Requirements

• Relevant hands-on experience in facial treatments.

• A qualification in beauty therapy, aesthetics or a related field is an advantage.

• Experience in diode hair removal is preferred.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong attention to hygiene, client comfort and service quality.

• Responsible, organised and able to work independently and collaboratively.

• Willingness to learn and follow established treatment protocols.

• Able to work on weekends according to the assigned roster.
