The Mineshaft Restaurant at Twin Peaks Lodge & Hot Springs is looking for a dependable, hardworking cook to help prepare and serve our breakfast buffet in Ouray, Colorado.

What you'll do:

• Prepare breakfast items for the buffet

• Set up, replenish, and maintain the buffet during service

• Monitor food quality and temperatures

• Keep the kitchen and buffet areas clean and organized

• Follow food safety and sanitation standards

• Work with the team to keep breakfast service running smoothly

What we're looking for:

• Kitchen or breakfast-cooking experience preferred

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work early mornings

• Comfortable preparing food in a fast-paced environment

• Positive attitude and a team-focused approach
