Full-Time Cafe Service Crew

Overscoop is a cosy dessert café specialising in waffles, croffles, gelato and drinks. We are looking for enthusiastic and service-oriented individuals to join our team as Full-Time Cafe Service Crew.

Job Responsibilities

• Greet and serve customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
• Take customer orders and handle cashier duties accurately.
• Prepare waffles, croffles, gelato, desserts and beverages according to company standards.
• Ensure accurate order and payment entry in the POS system.
• Maintain shop cleanliness and uphold food safety and hygiene standards.
• Perform daily operational duties, including inventory checks and delivery verification.
• Handle customer enquiries and feedback professionally.
• Follow all company SOPs, food safety and hygiene requirements.
• Work closely with the team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Job Requirements

• Open to Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents only.
• Team player with a pleasant personality and good communication skills.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Able to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Barista skills and experience are preferred.
• Food Hygiene Certification is preferred.
• Previous F&B or customer service experience is an advantage.

Working Hours & Benefits

• Full-time position.
• Location: Orchard Central
• 3-month probation period.
• Shift-based schedule.
