Full-Time Call Center 1st Shift - Idealnet Coordinator (North Barrington, IL - On-Site Training)

Requirements

1. Excellent professional verbal and written communication skills
2. Strong active listening skills and ability to empathize with callers under high pressure situations
3. Ability to multi-task (talking and typing)
4. Strong attention to detail
5. Above average typing skills; 30 WPM minimum
6. Ability to adapt to new software and processes
7. Basic Microsoft Office skills

Responsibilities

1. Provide excellent customer service to all callers.
2. Answer inbound calls, collect data from callers pertaining to a breakdown.
3. Place outbound phone calls to seek authorization to proceed with servicing a down unit or seek answers pertaining to a down unit.
4. Meet and/or exceed call center metrics.
5. Adapt well to change and accepts constructive feedback.
6. Develop understanding of Idealease Best Practices.
7. Have a basic understanding of facilitating service assignments.

1. Communicate and cooperate with all departments.
2. Attend company meetings as required.
3. Handle all customer issues in a professional and courteous manor.

Educational Requirements:
