Role Overview
You’ll provide individual, group, and family therapy across our SUD/MH outpatient services (PHP, IOP). Responsibilities include:
- Conducting biopsychosocial assessments & utilizing ASAM/LOCUS criteria
- Developing & updating individualized treatment plans
- Collaborating with referral sources & community providers
- Maintaining strong clinical documentation
- Utilizing evidence-based therapies (CBT, MI, mindfulness, etc.)
What We’re Looking For
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field
- Desired: LAC, LSW, LCADC
- Preferred: 2-3 years of experience in mental health & substance use treatment
- Knowledge of ASAM, DSM-V, NJSAMS, & electronic health records
- Strong engagement, communication, and organizational skills
