Provide customers with exceptional service various retail settings
Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
Increase brand awareness for our clients: AT&T, Apple, & Samsung
Provide information on products, services, and promotions available
Attend paid, ongoing professional development trainings in the office with our team
1-2 years of work experience in industries such as sales, marketing, hospitality, retail, customer service, or any other applicable client-facing enterprise
Self-motivated with a high level of drive for working in an entrepreneurial environment
Uncanny ability to build relationships with a multitude of people and establish a level of trust fairly quickly
Ability to set reasonable and measurable goals and achieve them
