Working hours: Mon-Fri, 9am-6:30pm

Job scope:

• Provide day-to-day customer service and issue resolution via telephone and email.
• Collaborate across departments and vendors to fulfill regional client orders and secure on-time deliveries.
• Generate critical shipping files and manage standard import/export documentation
• Process system billing and financial invoicing as soon as specific cargo shipments are closed.
• Track and hit localized target Key Performance Indexes(KPIs) for freight handling.
